Right off the Turnpike, very fancy hotel! Rooms was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The elevator took forever but I still had access to the stairs. The beds were very comfortable, can't wait to visit again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

No air conditioning, no towels, hand clothes. Ice maker worked sporadically. Ants in the room. Someone on the second floor cooking curry. The vents are dusty. We stayed for 3 nights for a reunion. I wish I knew that it was run like a motel. Our group was not impressed.

This place needs a complete makeover. The elevator button panels are pushed into the wall, carpets need cleaning, bathroom faucets leak from the base. There is a bar and restaurant attached however it's been closed during covid and as of yet they have not been able to find someone to take it over. The rooms have a very musky smell and I can only speak for our beds which were quite uncomfortable and lumpy. On the positive side it's very accessible to the turnpike at exit 12. It served it's purpose for our needs

Make this hotel the LAST OPTION when booking a vacation. We only stayed here because it was the last place available. There were ANTS all over our room, mold in the bathroom, the TV signal kept cutting out, the wifi didn't work, we only got 2 towels and when we asked we didn't get the towels until 4 hours later. They don't clean their rooms and this really is a horrible place. 0 stars
