I was pretty shocked how rude the younger brown haired girl at the pharmacy counter was to me and to others as if she was too bothered to do her job. Also the young girl at the drive thru was quite rude to customers she was helping. However, the lady who came out to give vaccines was very pleasant, as was the young guy at the front counter. The two at the pharmacy counter should be spoken to by a manager about the attitude problem's.

Worst pharmacy ever. The staff is very rude too. Idk what is going on in there. I've had them for yrs and time after time I've thought, "ok, they'll get better, maybe they're just having a bad day"... NOPE. Just gets worse. I understand their newish policy that you can't pick up till the 29th day. Understandable. But if you filled on a Friday, that means your pick up day is Saturday the following month. Which is fine... BUT...They are now closed on the weekends. Lol Who does that? So if you have prescriptions to pick up on Saturday, you won't get em, they'll make you wait till Monday, (even tho they already have it filled for you, waiting to pick up). So how does that makes sense?? And if Monday is a holiday, they'll make you wait till Tuesday. It's a bit ridiculous. Just go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache, the unanswered questions & the rudeness that you will surely get.

I wanted to thank the young man who helped me last night in the photo department. I tried placing an order online of a photo creation but was having a hard time with it accepting my credit card info. He helped me figure it out and I was able to submit my order. It was a gift for my sister in Jacksonville who recently lost her son to Covid. Next review is for Jacksonville Walgreens on Beach Blvd who printed my order so fast, she was able to pick it up same night! Merry Christmas!
