First off when we got their there was only 3 cars in the hole place so we figured we would get are order pretty fast. So we went to place are order we where asked to move closer to get the food out 2 us faster. Ok no problem, add o we moved then tried to order and then the lady say her headset was messed up snd cant here us and would be right out. After 10 min she came and took are order bye now there are alot of car in there. So then it took another 15mins to get the 4 things we ordered. Im sorry i have been in the food industry for 21 years and i have the patience in the world but that was just ridiculous!!!!!!

Closes at 11pm??? It's just around 9pm on Sunday... And THIS PLACE IS CLOSED. Sonic in Zephyrhills FL... deserves 0 stars. I've never eaten there... And now I know I never will.

Been sitting at the box for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. There is now 5 cars waiting. Husband had to go knock on the window. Asked why everyone is waiting for someone to take all these cars orders, her reply was,ci don't know why it's like that. I will be out to take your order. Now it has been 20 minutes and still no one has taken out order. The manager and district manager needs to teach these kids and adults that work here that customer service is the utmost importance. The girl just said that they are short staffed and that some people are out having a smoke break. Really..... Also was told no onion rings which they have been out for over a week. Oh it was the cook and the person who knows how to operate the order boards are the ones who went out for the smoke break. There you go manager. A reason firing them because now its 25 minute's.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Sonic has serious staffing issues. I waited 40 minutes to order while the manager on duty was helping other people. I wouldn’t have stayed so long otherwise and then I got tired of it. I called to complain and he was rude and didn’t apologize for my experience. I should have been offered an accommodation for my terrible experience. I will not be returning.
