Nothing Bundt Cakes

I ordered an 8" classic vanilla bundt cake. When I got it home, I took it out of the wrap and added sprinkles, that is when I noticed the cake looked as if it fell apart and was put back together. I called and they asked me to bring it in and I did. I spoke to an employee named Maria, she told me that she knows she didn't give it to me like that, and basically accused me of messing up the cake myself and bringing it back to them, which was insulting and very unprofessional. I've been here many times and I have never had any issues with the cakes or employees. They weren't able to give me the same type of cake as a replacement, but I expected some sort of credit or something to make up for this mistake. Very disappointed with the customer service and cake quality this time, definitely expected more.
