My father inlaw was brought here yesterday with the intentionto be rehabilitated, he called this morning saying he wants to come home. Only he knows.

Tatiana Porter is one of the best CNA nurses they have in this hospital. She has broke her back mentally and physically to give all her patients and sometimes others a shower. When the shower beds were broke she had no problem giving her patients a bed bath in a timely manner. She feeds all of us in time with so much care. She is so friendly and very loving to all not only her patients but everyone.

This facility needs to be shut down. My mother was here and they never answered their phone or hung up when my simblings or I would call to check on her. When we would come to visit our mom, the facility would smell like everyone there weren’t being cleaned as they sat in their feces, including my mother. My mother was sent here for intensive physical therapy. They weren’t doing physical therapy. They weren’t doing anything. We took our mother out because they weren’t doing what she came there for and she had a large scratch on her face. This place deserves no stars nor deserves to stay open. This place lacks compassion for people and their families. Please don’t send your family here. It breaks my heart how they treat people. Karma will come and knock on their doors.

Terrible place, my cousin started declining once he got to this facility, what’s worse they weren’t allowing us to see him but once a week! He got very dehydrated a week after arriving, when asked if they were giving him ice chips they said no. Mind you he was eating ice chips when he was in the hospital. The time we did go visit him, not only were we being watched every second, his mouth was dirty and they didn’t even bother to clean it. We were told we couldn’t get near him, but how can one honestly leave a loved one in that condition. Family had a hard time getting him out of there, and when we finally succeeded, the nurses there were being very rude. Please please don’t take your loved one to this facility, do your research before hand.
