This store sold us a counterfeit Stundenglass Gravity infuser with missing parts. I contacted Stundenglass (the manufacturer) and they confirmed it was a counterfeit. I went in store and asked for a refund and the owner refused stating they do not give refunds or exchanges. I came back the next day and requested a refund again stating that the piece was fake and had missing parts. The owner continuously lied saying the product was real and offered to exchange it for another (counterfeit) piece or a lower valued piece. The prices for their stuff are too high to be low quality.

Great shop. Huge collection of adorable pipes, vapes and novelty items. CBD and Delta 8 products available as well. Love this place even if the prices are a tiny bit high. Worth it for the selection and quality of products.
