Normally I love Checker's. Apparently, on the day we visited, someone spilled the salt. All of it. In everything. To be honest, my food tasted the way I imagine a salt lick with cheese must taste.

Your automated system on the speaker box was the most annoying and irritating thing I've ever experienced at any fast food establishment. When a real person finally did come over the speaker we were told to come to the window to order. Upon arriving at the window we were rudely greeted by the attendant who then told us we had to go back in line and order at the speaker. Worst experience at a checker's thanks. Update: after all this we get our food with no sauce... no straw for our drinks... this is not good service.

Don't get me wrong, the food here is always great. The customer service (from actual humans) phenomenal. But corporate decided their drive-thru needed a robot to take orders. I now try to avoid checkers bc of the headache these things cause. The few workers I've spoken to about it also detest it. Save these poor workers from dealing with more angry customers, get rid of the stupid robot
