Stay far away been here for 2 years they raised my rent $500 with little notice (so there was obviously no time to save money so I could move). They want you to pay almost $2,000 in rent but my AC never works correctly, mold, roaches and trash is everywhere. I literally had to sit in the office until someone bought me a new washer because the one in my apartment was getting black mark all over my clothes and they refused to bring a new one. The emergency maintenance line is a joke. A teenager got shot right outside my door my wife and kids were on the floor scared of bullets coming through our home. Its not worth the money or the hassle run far away

Unimpressed with this apartment community. Moved into a filthy apartment, after being given the run around, the keys were handed to me at 5:15pm. It was obvious a walk through was not completed by leasing agent prior to my move in. It was acknowledged that the apartment was being painted and cleaned (run around). I get into the apartment at 5:20pm to see how filthy the apartment was, took pictures, movers were due to begin my move in at 5:30pm. Wasn't able to get ahold of anyone in the office immediately, waited until Saturday morning to bring my issue to attention. They had cleaners come out, did a subpar cleaning due to my belongings being in the unit. I was told an email would be sent to the complex manager regarding the issue, of which hasn't happened yet, but I was told she is aware. Work orders will sit regardless of priority, including what should have been "punched" before a move in! I'm glad it's a year lease! I wouldn't recommend.

This place has so much potential if they knew how to be officiant. The trash is always over flowing, maintenance takes 5 days to give you a toilet seat so that YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF. When the AC breaks they don’t want to really fix it. At one point my babies had bronchitis and it was 87 degrees in my apartment! For them to tell me their was nothing wrong with my ac unit even though it kept freezing over. Today I found out that they threw out my bike that was outside next to my apartment when I asked why they told me the boss was coming tomorrow so their cleaning the community. They have two pools one is always dirty the other is always closed. Even when I first moved in maintenance said they can do certain jobs but not to tell management that they were doing it. I’ve been very patient with this property but now I found out my rent will go up to around 1700 I was debating on staying but I reached my limit on this property theirs no way I’m paying an extra 500$ for a place that’s worth 1000 a month TOPS!

Just came from visiting my parents and not only did they inform me that their sink looked like this but they also the A/C unit is blowing out black mold from the hallway motor. For over $1400 this shouldn't be an issue. I will be contacting a lawyer to see what can be done because this is my parents health I'm talking about.
