Make sure you know exactly the tool you need before purchasing something from this store. The product their employee offered was the wrong one and they wouldn't even refund me even though it was not used at all. Not as knowledgeable as all of these reviews mention. Couldnt even make an exception to refund me when their employee suggested the wrong thing. Next time ill go to Home Depot.

I've been a few times and they're always knowledgeable and friendly. The location is convenient to get in and out of. This is a classic hardware store, the kind that Home Depot and Lowe's have made a rarity.

Cannot say enough great things about this store. I have never had to search aimlessly for anything, they are always helpful, but never over bearing or pushy. Super friendly and well organized and very clean store! So much better than the big box store type locations. Prices are also on par with other places.
