Worst Chick-fil-A EVERrrrrrrrrr I think they gave me sink water, too bad the chickens in the drive thru said I had to pay for a larger water so I told them there is not a single Chick-fil-A on this planet that charges for a large water, we bought 4 meals, includes fries and drinks. I wanted a large water for the road trip and they said they could give me 3 small waters since they would have to charge me for a large cup. So they would rather waste and cause global harm to our landfills with 3 extra straws than to give out one extra large cup that I would reuse several times during the day. Nobody has 7 cup holders in their truck, it’s ridiculous is what it is. They need to be overhauled by Chip or something or Gordon Ramsey.

Drive thru was quick but that is the only good thing about my visit. No straw or napkins. Went about 3 minutes(My destination)down the road only to find my grilled chicken in sandwich not even warm. Fries were warm but mostly only the small pieces. My Dr Pepper was watered-down, guess that's why she asked me if I wanted ice in it. They had a table full of different drinks but it wasn't busy so that's probably why my drink was watered-down. With the price of food these days, I expect better quality. Most likely not to return.

Placed an order thru drive thru. I got 2 #1 sandwich meals and some nuggets. I got home and did not receive one of the sandwiches. I drove back and asked the manager to fulfill my order and to add some hot fries for the inconvenience. She replied if I wanted fries I would have to return home and bring the cold fries back. Granted I'm sure people try to pull quick ones and say food wasn't in the bag all the time. However I just asked for a completed order and a half a cherry on top. Poor customer service. Poor verbage. Unbecoming of chick filas reputation. 4/18 12: 15 pm. I returned to the location.

Probably the worse chick fil a ever made in Tampa besides the one by the Raymond James stadium. Horrible customer service. Long wait. Drinks are always watered down or they are not working so make sure to taste your drinks before you leave and fries are never fresh always dried or over cooked. I can never say I had a good experience so I decided to add a comment. Don’t waste your time or money here drive further down folwer to the one across from university mall. Even called corporate after spending $34 and all they sent was a free sandwich they can keep that. It only takes a second to apologize and say they will try and fix things. Today waited in line over 35 mins took the lady on the left intercom at least 4 mins to say something after I kept saying hello. Smh
