Dyed yellow hair worker named Kathy shouted at me. I asked her a question nicely about a purchase and she yells "OMGGG" in deep anger, the whole office heard her. Other customers have said issue with this women.

Counter people are efficient and, for the most part, friendly and helpful. PO Box was a nightmare. Mail wasn't delivered or was misdelivered. Mail sent from this facility often never made it to the destination

Most of the employees that I have encountered at this post office majorly lack customer service skills. Despite the bitterness and poor attitudes, I had never had an issue with sending or receiving mail until recently. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered something through Amazon that was shipped through USPS. I was expecting to have it delivered two days later. On the expected delivery date, I received a notification telling me that the mail carrier attempted to deliver the package but was unsuccessful. I live in an apartment building so it is standard that big packages are dropped in the office. There wasn’t any reason it should’ve been marked as undeliverable. Two days later they “attempted” again and were unsuccessful for the second time. I was left with a pick-up slip to bring to their location. Once I spoke to someone the next day, I was told they couldn’t find the package (mind you, this package is the size of a large flat screen tv). I waited for fifteen minutes while they looked and went home empty handed. Later that day I received a phone call saying that it was found and that I could pick it up the next business day. Today I get up to the desk, hand the slip to an employee and she goes back to look for it. She comes back a minute later and silently hands the slip back to me and passes me off to another employee. Without a word spoken to me, he attempts to look for the package for ~5 minutes and fortunately was able to locate it. Nothing was said to apologize for their inability to provide even the slightest bit of decent service. As I walked to my car with the package I noticed that the tape at the top was completely cut open, telling me that they had opened my package. Once getting home, I realized that things were missing, most likely due to them rummaging through it themselves. At this point I have no energy left to deal with them. If you have an option, do yourself a favor and drive a couple more miles to a different location. (Half of the employees are also not wearing face masks, but face shields instead. People with even the tiniest bit of common sense know that face shields are not protecting anyone without pairing it with a face mask. As a government employee I would think that proper PPE would be mandatory for them)

On line usps Or complete a card at post office
I walk into the USPS nearly every day and I've never seen one. They only have a kiosk / self-serve shipping station.
The package will be returned to sender, so you should contact the sender and give them your full address with apt number so they can resend the package.
Depends on what size you need. I have the smallest size which is for letters or magazines. That has a biannual cost of $56.00
