I have had plenty of experiences with dental care and treatment from a few dental offices as well as working in the medical field and I have to say my experience with Pacific Dental has been by far the BEST. The staff are always so welcoming from the moment you walk into the office to checking out. I had such a great experience with my care and treatment. I had a root canal in the past that did not go so well with another dental office/dentist that left me a bit worried. So when I found out I needed another root canal on another tooth I became really stressed because of the last experience. But I had nothing to worry about because this experience was by far a very POSITIVE one. I was experiencing a lot of pain with my tooth. Dr. Maroon took the time to be very clear and explain the options I had. My tooth ended up being cracked which was why I had so much pain. The last resort was an extraction in which I ended up needing due to how deep the crack was. Dr. Maroon tried everything to save the tooth but because of how the crack was it had to be extracted. The dentist office completely refunded my money for the root canal, without questions because the tooth could not be saved. I had some difficulties getting numb which was another worry of mine as well as the experiences I had in the past with other dentists. No not here, the dentist walked me thru each step and ensured that I had nothing to worry about. It went so well because of the care and effort that was taken to making sure I was pain free and most of all comfortable. Dr. Maroon took the time to call to see how I was doing . You don’t find that now a days in dental offices. To be honest, most are out to just make money but I have had nothing but the BEST experience with Pacific Dental. There is literally nothing to critique here as this would be the only place I would go too, to get my dental care. My daughter, husband and sister in law also go to Pacific Dental and they also have had nothing but positive experiences. I would recommend family, friends and anyone who is looking for a honest, clean, and positive dental experience to go there. As you will have no regrets. The staff and most of all the dentists Dr. Maroon and Dr. Lomahan as well as the assistants are all so amazing. You don’t have to be worried about being charged for something that is not needed, the office is clean and safe. I literally have nothing to say about this dental office but being a very satisfied dental patient !

My previous review was a 5 star & so shall this one. I am a Google guide(star by pic). I usually give reviews, that are 5 star delicious. However, My dental office has impressrd me so much with their professional, yet very friendly attitude. Having had a lot of work done, with minimal to no pain, these ladies are great at what they do. Timely appointments and always a great office atmosphere. Thank you ladies & Dr. Maroon.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I appreciate the staff at Pacific Dental so much! I was able to get an appointment in short notice, to remove an impacted tooth, much to my relief! Dr. Maroon was very conforming and efficient. Her dental assistants were instructive with my at-home self care. The personal attention I received made my visit pleasant. Being new to the Chula Vista community, I feel fortunate to have found this dental office.

I wish I could say that my experience was superb but it was NOT. I was greeted upon entry from the front office and that Dental Assistant was gentle, attentive and pleasant, but the doctor NOT so. I had no idea she was even the doctor because she failed to introduce herself. She didn't acknowledge or review my past dental history with me, didn't talk to me about my anxiety and how offer the slightest concern to help make my experience not scary. She came in, and just start looking at my teeth and comparing to X-rays, calling out work and what needed an authorization to the dental assistant. Then she left the room and didn't return. The dental assistant is the staff member that talked to me about and saw me out. I had already made my decision that I would not return when the doctor didn't introduce herself. I've been a healthcare worker for 20 plus years and I've seen ER doctors dealing with multiple trauma patients be more sincere and compassionate. Dr. Melissa needs coaching on being caring and compassionate or maybe she's in the wrong industry. A degree can't change your heart and yesterday I left Pacific Dental disappointed and not pleased.
