Awesome service! Denise was very helpful in getting me another unit the day that I needed it. They provide refreshments and nourishments at the office. Denise was also nice enough to give me a lift in the golf cart to bring me to my unit. Kudos to Denise!

So far we have had a great experience. All the staff I dealt with were pleasant and wanted to help as best they could. I mainly dealt with the Manager Sarah but the other three people who I dealt with were all helpful and courteous. Originally I rented a 10 by 10 but when my movers showed up to move my stuff to the unit they thought I would need a 10 by 15 and I was worried I’d have to sign a separate contract but they made it so I just transferred my contract and only had to pay the difference. The facilities seemed clean and are easy to get in and out of. We had a 26’ moving truck but I think even if we had a full semi there would have been plenty of space for them to get in and out. I bought some boxes and other stuff for my move and everything was great except the tape I bought which started falling off the boxes so I had to switch tape types. All in all, this facility made storing easy!
