DO NOT HIRE SCHMIDT NATIONAL LAW GROUP!!! THEY WILL USE YOU. Absolutely NO communication after receiving a letter simply stating that I didn’t qualify, with no reason stated. I received NO phone calls from Schmidt National to explain why I didn’t qualify. They completely dropped me without a word and left me hanging without an explanation. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone, specifically Traci. I feel used and betrayed. I still don’t know why I didn’t qualify! HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!! They will waste your time!!!

I would say that the communication could use a bit of work , solely on keeping the client updated but that can be explained due to high traffic of calling . This law firm is one of the most professional I have encountered and I would recommend them highly to anyone seeking to use them in occurrences of grievance.
