The pens always break, I don’t know how they havnt fixed this issue-it’s been months and my float cartridges always break 😢 then one time I picked up an order and they sold me peach mango mints even though I never requested it. I’ve been going to surterra since 2017 so it’s sad to say I might not go back anymore. I’m just glad these last 2 didn’t spill inside my coach bag like the first one did 😢😭😖😣

The associates were really super nice and I’m getting old but are they hiring models at these places now? I’m sorry I was talking the budtenders ear off- he was just so nice! Please someone discover these people and make them into super models! 😄

The hiring process for this company has been nothing but frustrating. I had a phone interview and was contacted to set up a second video interview. The process of scheduling an interview is entirely automated through an AI chat window where it seems like you’re talking to someone, but it is very apparent that you aren’t. My video interview was canceled and rescheduled several times with no communication beyond an automated email, the first time being canceled the day of, right before my interview time. When I finally got an interview time that didn’t get cancelled, I joined the video and waited 20 minutes without anyone showing up to conduct my interview. I called the support number on the automated email and spoke to someone about my frustrations and said that I didn’t want to reschedule the interview, I just wanted to share my experience and how off putting it has been as an applicant. She told me she was going to give my information to a manager at the location I applied to and that I should get a call in the morning. I have not received a call, I have however just received an automated email telling me my interview was rescheduled for a random date and time. Calling the number listed on google for this location directs you to call center that directs you back to the number I called yesterday. It is difficult to talk to a real person, and virtually impossible to talk to someone who is actually located at the physical location. This entire hiring process has been disrespectful of my time, and I’m honestly really disappointed because I was looking forward to the opportunity to work here just to be ran around and left with absolutely zero communication. If I hadn’t called the support number, I wonder if they would have even known they missed showing up to my interview. Very unprofessional and disorganized. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this seems to be the only possible chance for someone actually at this location to see and maybe think to do better.

Not that I know of. They keep saying it's coming, but it's going to be limited at first. Like other MM states, it will be rare, then progressively easier to find.
