Patrice was excellent in assisting me get 2 units for an emergency move. The property is well maintained. Only issues I have is the prices and lack properly working gate 😒 and carts have damaged wheels only 1 with proper wheels. Patrice needs a golf cart she hobbled down the hallsways to the units.

Patrice the property manager was amazing! We had not been in our storage unit in over a year. They changed the locking system in that time and we were having a rough time getting it to open. She came to the rescue. Then we noticed our unit was too small for 2 - 9’ Christmas trees. She helped us make the switch to a bigger unit on the same floor. She was so so patient and kind.

She keeps the place very clean and secured and treated me with compassion given my situation until I was able to move out and into my new home. She makes her clients feel like and extension of their home.
