Disgusted with my recent treatment. I have been a resident for over 5 years and there have been issues but Regina D. has been able to resolve. Now, she will not respond and my request for her direct supervisor has fallen on deaf ears. The new property manager, Heather, has decided to not give me three additional weeks to live here because she claims she told me I had to let her know by my lease end date. A week ago she told me I could do two extra months of month to month after finding my rent was being hiked $400 a month. My A/C has went out three times in the past two weeks and I have a pump that was installed in the unit after I moved to help the unit above me (it will backup in my unit) that they refuse to remove. The past two renewals I was told I was getting new blinds, still waiting. I have dealt with these issues and not been too much of a complainer about it so I am disgusted that they can so casually refuse to give me a few more weeks. My lease ended on July 4th and the office was closed. Yesterday was the 5th and I called over and the answering service answered and the office was locked early. When I called this morning, Heather was out on property so I just went over at noon. She was rather cool and abrupt in letting me know that I will vacate by the 31st!

If zero stars was an option, I'd put it. I have had nothing but issues with this property management. If I could, I would rent out of student living before these incompetent idiots. I rented from Huntington Lakes and lived there for 4 months. Our dryer never worked. We put in multiple work orders for the problem and I even called every day. I was their most problematic customer, but it could've been solved if they addressed issues. We could never get a straight answer from anyone, especially when it came to move out. Now, we're at the point where we get our security deposit and they expect us to pay them money since they wanted to replace the carpets. (Nothing was wrong with them. We lived there for 4 months and have very well trained animals.) I call and there is no budging and the staff member that answered the call was quite rude. Maybe this will catch their attention as it will be cross posted to the Huntington Lakes Apartments as well. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY.
