Everyone at the facility was courteous and professional from the front desk receptionist to the nurse to the doctor himself had to go in for stitches for a puncture wound on my thumb. The doctor wanted to make sure that I didn’t injure any ligaments before applying the stitches. He also took the time to explain the steps prior to stitching and the wound care afterwards. Overall I was impressed with MD now urgent care

I brought my daughter in with a suspected UTI. The doctor said it would take three days to get her lab results but went a head and put her on an antibiotic anyway to be proactive. She was very rude to me and condescending when I try to ask questions. The medicine made my daughter throw up. Three days later lab results came back normal and when I question what that means, they just kept saying it’s normal and when I asked her if she had to take the medication still, they said yes she has to still take medication. When I asked well if there’s nothing wrong with her then why is she on this medication the woman said you always need to finish taking medications. When I pushed further and said that should she have ever been on the medication in the first place she said it just says in the notes if she’s feeling better she can stop taking the medication at that point I told her that might’ve been important information for me to know I need to speak with somebody clinical. And at that point she hung up on me. Not great customer service within the office it didn’t feel very clean we couldn’t get the water to work to wash our hands after we left a urine sample. This place used to be excellent I think it’s really gone downhill in Customer Service.

Came here for my mom thinking it had okay reviews boy was I wrong she had a stye on her eye that was growing doctor prescribed her some medication that was never sent it. We called office and their answering service numerous times no answer from office for 2days ! Answering service can’t get through to office either so they just say it will be escalated someone will reach back out . Which wasn’t the case . Answering service advised to get physical form of prescription at office and office refused! Said they would send over again in an hour or so once If I left office . (Since I said I would wait for Walgreens to say it was received) Everyone in this office is so unprofessional and could care less . go else where for your loved ones .

The worst experience I have ever had in a walk in clinic. I took my husband to be checked a few weeks ago an a nurse who was supposed to take his vitals was unprofessional and very nasty temper. Her name starts with a T but I can remember her name. This place used to be amazing a years or so back, but now, I will never take my family to this clinic again. A total disgrace. What a shame
