Rap music in the store is WAY TO LOUD And the wait time was horribly long. Switching to Mint mobile. Been with tmobile for ever but this store experience was awful

Several issues with account accuracy and willingness to rectify problems. Have screen protector replacement plan and have been told on two different occasions in last 6 months they do not have my model type, S21+, in stock. Unwilling to order over the phone. Said I had to come down in person for them to go into account. This is not true. Went to 9th street Corvallis. They had plenty in stock and told me they could have ordered me one over the phone if they were out. Laziness at this Albany location. Will be going to Corvallis for all future needs.

I was disappointed by waiting over 30 minutes to be served. There were 4 employees at the counter but no chair was offered for my handicapped friend to sit on. She nearly fell and had to ask for a chair. I was there because I have a problem with the charging port on my phone that prevents it from making full contact to charge. This is the second phone I have gotten from T-Mobile. It is the replacement for the first faulty phone I purchased. After waiting to be seen I was not served in a timely, effective manner. I stood waiting again at the counter while your employees tried to figure out what to do. They wasted my time by not listening to me tell them what was wrong and then proceeded to tell me they couldn't do anything to fix it until next month. I was not offered a substitute phone. I am left with a phone that has a faulty, unreliable charging system. The manager of the store was one of the 2 people serving us and I was very disappointed to find that in the middle of helping us he had started managing some random paperwork (not related to helping us) and so had no time to help solve our problem. I am very unsatisfied with the employees at this Albany, Oregon store. My phone is through my friends account and she has been a customer of T-Mobile for well over 10 years. I was a 10 year customer of Cricket before coming to T-Moble and I honestly feel I was treated with more respect and got better service there. I am interested to hear what your response is to this report.

Tried to sign up with a plan with T-Mobile a few months ago. For some reason their computer system wasn't letting me get 4 phones on installment plans on the same plan (I had this with my old provider for 10+ years). I spent over 3 hours in the store, and they still couldn't figure it out - said they would keep in touch when corporate figured things out. After almost a week I had had enough and signed up with AT&T for 4 phone lines, all new phones on installment plans, and it only took me 20 minutes online. T-Mobile refunded my activation fees, however the next month I received a bill for over $300 for a plan that didn't exist and phones of which I never took possession! Called customer service and they said all of the charges would come off the next bill. WELL, they didn't, and they are still saying I owe over $200. Just visited the T-Mobile store and they said they can't do anything but call customer service with me and see if they can figure it out (but why should I have to wait an hour waiting in line in their store for their screw up??!). Told them to leave a message for the manager to call me. Worst part is if this doesn't get figured out, it will hit my credit report and cost me more time to get it straightened out FOR MONEY I DON'T OWE! AVOID T-MOBILE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
