Small Franchise owners as most of them are, it's hit or miss on your order regardless of drive thru or pick up..might be right might be wrong. Pretty quick usually, busy on normal busy times. Owner gives free coupons and meals if you let her know they screwed you on your order so that's cool! Look out folks the classic "ice cream machine is broken" happens a lot.

The service is always prompt and friendly and the food is nice and hot and prepared the way it's supposed to be and the orders are accurate. My only complaint is they occasionally don't fill the fry boxes completely, like maybe they were in too much of a hurry or something.

They decided to shut drive through down an hour ahead of closing, to make me wait in line for nearly another hour. Just so they could get off on time. Proceeded to block the drive through with a shitbox Ford ranger and I couldn’t leave if I tried. THE WORST MC DONALDS EVER. You guys are so stupid.

This five-star rating amongst a sea of silly complaints, (mostly about the wait in line,) was awarded to the McDonald's team on Pacific Blvd. for the exemplary customer service provided by Jacob! We were greeted in a genuine way. Jacob's lighthearted style of helping us through our order in an efficient manner was impressive. Along with that Jacob demonstrated the quick-thinking skills of a great experience specialist by solving my problem for me. I was trying to request extra ice for my drink but not brimming full. Immediately, Jacob suggested a solution, "how about I give you an extra cup of ice and you can get it just the way you like it?" Making things easier for a customer makes memorable impressions. Jacob, thank you for making that visit great! Along with that the burgers were hot and tasty. This store is always nice to walk into and order because people are pleasant and professional. (and to the negative folks who expect a lot in these crazy times...don't be so hard on workers in the fast food industry the long waits in line, they are trying their best most of the time and often have to deal with unexpected lack of staff...they have rough days and they have good days, lets all be kind)
