Shopped around town to get my A/C compressor fixed in my 2008 Honda CRV. Jerrys had a really great website where they got me a quote in under 24-hours and then scheduled me an appointment a few days later. The compressor needed to be ordered so I was expecting my car to be held overnight, however after dropping it off at 7:30AM my car was ready to go by noon with my A/C feeling cooler than ever. In addition, this service was done at a way more competitive price than other auto shops around town. Finally, they seem really up to date with technology. I got a text message with a multi-point vehicle inspection with items in the future that I might need to repair. Overall great experience, I would go back for any car needs I might have!

I just got done dropping my wife's car off for a diagnostic on her A/C system. The price for the diagnostic was fair, turns out the A/C compressor needs replacing which is an expensive repair. I don't fault them for that and the price quoted was fair. My problem begins when we were paying I looked at their price sheet. STUDENTS BEWARE!!!!!! I saw on their Sheet that their price for a cabin air filter is 89$?! The price for a cabin air filter on average is 20$, this is a very simple 5 minute repair that anybody can figure out with a 3 minute YouTube video. My next issue.. they charge 189$ for a headlight restoration?!?!? This is as simple as going to an auto parts store and picking up a 30$ kit and reading the instructions and putting in some elbow grease. It is very poor business practice to take advantage of a college town where the majority of students don't know much about their vehicles and for this reason my wife and I will never return here and recommend that students stay clear or at the very least get a 2nd quote.

Amazing place. My turn signal was not working & I took my problem to two separate place & spent $700 (2 months) but they couldn't recognize the problem. At Jerry's the problem was solved with just $24 part replacement in 3 hours.

I have a 95 Nissan D21 pickup that needed a major tune up. Jerry and his team of technicians fixed or replaced all the parts that I wanted updated. The transmission leak was fixed, my bad timing belt was switched out, I got new spark plugs and spark plug wires, and the A/C is finally in working condition. I bought a starter motor and asked them to install it for me, and they had no problem with that. I've gone to other places where they would not consider switching out parts if I brought it in myself. The starter that I brought in was up to OEM standards or better, so they kindly replaced my starter without fret. Before Jerry and his team begin the work, they always give me an estimate of parts and labor costs and the final price is always similar to the estimate. The price is a little steep, but I think it is worth it because of the technician's knowledge/experience and I got the truck back the next day or two and it worked better than ever. I've visited cheaper auto mechanic places before, but their work was not as good as Jerry and his team; I guess you get what you pay for. Also the service desk was kind and understanding towards me, they were not pushy or condescending like other places I've gone to. 5/5, I recommend this place, and I plan to come back again eventually.

Hi Jordan we are not set up for most diesel vehicles. The local Ford dealer would probably be your best bet or a the truck repair shop in Colfax or Moscow. Thank you!

My son is a grad student at WSU and is driving my 1997 Chevy Subrn. He just saw the indicator light showing a "reduced engine power" message. He experienced reduced mph speed. What's your experience dealing with this malfunction? Thanks

the system you used to ask this question goes out to other people who have visited Jerry's not to the shop itself. If you're expecting an answer from the staff at Jerry's Auto you should contact him directly via phone or email from their website
