Updating 7/29/22- y'all gotta get in here for breakfast! All of their food is great here but these breakfast plates and prices are unbeatable! Paige is the best cook ever and so friendly too. Can't believe this giant Biscuits and gravy plate is only $9!!! Jojee is THE BEST bartender I've ever come across. Time and time again she takes care of me wonderfully. Always attentive and quick with her service, no matter how busy the bar is. Love the atmosphere and friendliness here at HBG 😁

My favorite hangout. Staff very helpful and attentive. I’m in a wheelchair and love playing poker machines. Drinks and food are great. For those with disabilities this is a great place easy access and staff very accommodating.

Been going here for years. Shortly after the pandemic with the new renovations this place actually seemed to get better and was on the up and up. They hired a great bartender who didn't work as much as I liked, but I never see her anymore. She was always attentive and made the best drinks. Brown hair, cute, friendly. Seems like since she left the place just lacks... after my last time here I was rudely greeted and treated with the utmost disrespect.. my steak wasn't cooked to order and my beer was flat.

So I been here several times over the last few weeks and always had good food and excellent service. So tonight desided to go with a few friends has I had told them what a great place it was. However when we entered the bar tonight was asked for ID which was no problem as we all had our Irish Driving Licence which has both our photos and date of birth however the young girl at the door would not accept this as proof of age and demended we provide our passport. Telling us it was state law as she was very snotty about it. After travelling 5 miles to get food and a pint was not only disappointed but annoying as we had no issues on our previous visits. All the people in the party are over the age of 45

We are following all the Covid safety guidelines required by the state of Oregon. We require all staff and guests to wear masks in the establishment. If a customer does not have a mask, we have masks available for their use. All tables have clean and dirty signs on them that let employees and guests know which tables are sanitized for use. All of the tables get wiped down after each customer has sat at them. We also sanitize all the touch points around the bar, such as video poker machines, pinball machines, receipt trays, pens, condiment bottles, etc. Every table is spaced six feet apart to ensure guests are able to socially distance. There are also markers on the floor, spaced six feet apart, that show guests where to stand when ordering food and drink. Bar seating is currently not allowed, but there are plexiglass barriers on the bar top to further protect guests and employees.
They are well known for buffalo wings too!!! And mac'n cheese bites!!!
They need to get a better sound system you can't hear the music very well while your singing .. go to Spaghetti Western and listen to their Tuesday Wednesday Friday and Saturday
