Would give them negative stars if I could. I have never dealt with a company that was so horrible. I purchased a $469 bat (after tax and shipping) and they processed my card twice for $491 (x2) took my money and then never sent me a receipt. I called customer service and waited on hold for 2 hours. I was informed they had no Idea why it was processed that way but both were cancelled and they didn't know whey they cancelled either. That the hold on my card should drop off by Tuesday, and that they couldn't send me a bat that I had to purchase a third one. So I placed the order for the third bat (they now have $1500 of my money, I got the one bat, and they still have my additional $1000 4 days later. This is RIDICULOUS! So now I get to call in and wait on hold for another 2 hours to talk to someone who probably won't be able to help me yet again. I will NEVER EVER buy another product from them again. It's sad how they treat their customers. They should be ashamed.

About the worst communication I have seen from a company that charges as much as they do for a youth baseball bat. After receiving my son's cracked bat (after only using it in about 20 games - around ~45 at bats) they email me and tell me his size is out of stock and maybe it will be back in stock around June 21st. I email back that day about what different options there are and hear nothing. I send one the next day...nothing. Wait over the weekend and send one again. Finally, a week later, I get an email from them to call them...WHAT!?!?! CALL YOU???? You have my phone number. What company tells you to call them...they should be the one's calling me!?!?! Now I have to go from a 30 drop 8 to a 30 drop 5 so he has something to use before the baseball season ends. It is 1:30pm on a Wednesday their time and they say they use 2 day air but it won't be there till early next week!?!?! Another weekend of baseball missed without his bat. After the hassle and poor communication they should make sure it gets out today and arrives on Friday but what do they care...they already have my $350. If you are looking at their bats...I would go elsewhere. (I think they also own Louisville Bats as well)

For as much as you pay for a DeMarini bat you would think they would have a better turn around on a cracked bat. Had it for 6 months. Cost me $55.00 to ship and looking at 2-3 week turn around from start to finish. CAT8 it is.

If I could give less stars I would. I ordered a Special Ops roller bag on Christmas day. The bag was to arrive Jan 3, 2018 by days end. The shipping company they used couldn't verify my address, so they've sent the bag back. I called Demarini customer service and they said their policy dictates that they cannot send out another bag, but rather they have to wait until they receive the initial package back (estimated date: Jan 10, 2018) and then do their "due diligence process" and make sure the package was not opened or damaged (approximately 5 business days) then they'll issue me a refund. A REFUND!? I want the bag!? In the mean time, I don't have the money or the bag and cannot go buy another one....this is very frustrating. They can physically see that the package never made it to me via the company they chose to ship with (UPS and it's tracking capabilities) and I just have to sit around!?? Customer service here is horrible! Ashley and her supervisor (also Ashley) both told me on the phone, "I apologize sir, there's literally nothing I can do, nor is there someone you can talk to here that will be able to do anything." Well, that's just great, isn't it! Demarini, for being a "local" company to the Oregonians, you sure don't take care of Oregonians like other businesses do....Once I get my money back, I'm sure I can find a different roller bag from another company just fine.

Can you buy bats directly from their Hillsboro location, or do you need to go to an authorized retailer to buy?
