Went for dinner, waited to be seated for quite a few minutes. No one greeted us although the lady at the counter busy with house keeping completely ignoring us and a few other who were waiting to be seated. Very good example of worse customer service. After quite a few minutes, we left promising never to return.

I had initially stopped going years ago due to a noticeable decline in food quality and portions. It's good to see that they have since improved both. Service has never been an issue...always was good and still is. I would have given 4 stars ...but the tables were not cleaned as well as they should be and the orange juice tasted like a mix of powdered concentrate and old frozen pulp

I stopped in the restroom to wash up first. There were no paper supplies, a bucket in the stall capturing leaking water from a filthy vent, brown liquid seeped from multiple areas of the walls...it was gross. If that's what we see...what condition is the kitchen? Fortunately, I waited at the "Please wait to be seated" sign, only not to be helped (7:30 a.m. on a week day). I left and went next door to Hale's and had an amazing breakfast with quick, friendly staff.

They hardly ever seem to have what you want to order anymore they're always short staffed. The staff that is there is sober now that they don't even want to acknowledge your existence until they think that they can help you so you're just ignored when you walk in the building. Very discouraging I understand that we're all busy and we're all shorthanded but just because a group of choir students come into your restaurant doesn't mean you shouldn't give other participants fair treatment that are in your restaurant.
