I may be biased because I help out in the store. But Richard does everything he can to get people what they are looking for. He goes above and beyond what anyone asks of him. And he does have the largest cassette tape collection around with over 7000 tapes. Richard is amazing and his store is worth a visit whether you're just passing by or looking for serious collector items.

Literally the WORST service of my life. Would NEVER recommend to a friend. I would rather just pay the online service charges than buy tickets from this place agin. I went in this morning to purchase tickets for a festival, I walked in and the owner was talking to a person that appeared to be working there but turned out to be another customer. They both stopped talking when the door closed behind me so I said I was just popping in to buy the tickets. The owner rudely stated that he was busy helping another customer and that I should just stand there and wait my turn. He then continued on telling some random story to the other customer while I just stood there waiting. Finally the other customer left and he just continued being rude as I purchased my tickets.

Stopped in to see if the 4 Beatles records I have were worth anything. With no customers in the store , The owner said he had no time for me.I told him i was not trying to sell them ,I just needed a expert to look at them. This store will never see my face in the future! There is another place on Monroe, I suggest you go there for any service

Hello Dee, We get so many requests for us to purchase records and other items due to deaths, moving, downsizing etc. For us it truly comes down to CONDITION, CONDITION, CONDITION. With records that means the cover, inserts and the actual record. Things that didn't seem to matter nearly as much decades ago, really do today, due to the allergies/health concerns of customers. Mold, smoke and pet hair etc are examples of things we didn't get excited about before, but now we pretty much avoid. Please have them going all the same direction in the box(es) and let us know when you arrive and we'll help you carry them in. There is always a line, and we call as we get to them. As for VHS at this time, we pretty much only consign those and they would have to be factory sealed for us to do that. We do have options for donation though. Respectfully, Richard
