Their website is obnoxious and online check-in doesn't save you any time. I show up at my time and still have to wait 45 minutes. Cuts there have been hit and miss for both me and my kids.

Walk in for hair cut. Staff greeted me and still paying attention to the guest being cared for. Attention to detail. I gave the short instructions on how I like to have my hair and they listened...said it back to me and then boom 💥. Hair cut done the way I requested.

Im not sure of the workers name that did my hair but it had blue hair. I do not recommend going to great clips and getting a haircut with this person. I told it exactly what i wanted and showed it where i wanted it to be cut. They cut it wayyy too short and where i made it very clear not to cut and the sides are very uneven. Not sure if ill be going back very disappointed.

My son had his haircut today and she was great. The other hairstylist was being very unprofessional and very load, her name was Danielle. A customer came in to get a haircut and asked how long and she simply said there was one ahead of him and it could be awhile, he asked how long and she said "I said 30 minutes ". I was sitting right there and she never said that. I've been getting my hair cut there for 3 plus years and that was the worst customer service I've seen. What made it really bad is that she started joking around with the other customers about how rude he was and that was not the case. I may not be back to that great clips as long as she is there.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
