If you sign a contract, I advise you read the fine print. Unfortunately, I was advised by one of their employees upon signing up for their $79 wellness plan, which was charged up front, that I would be able to cancel before the next billing cycle and I wouldn’t be charged. When I attempted to cancel over the phone, a different employee then told me that what the first employee told me was not correct and that I was binded to the contract for two months, then needed to pay another $79 and wait another month before I could cancel. Further, my first visit was not a pleasant one. The chiropractor, Dr. Star wasn’t able to make any adjustments on me. He attempted to do so in multiple fashions that just caused me more pain. During the session he spoke in a manner full of terms and lingo that I didn’t understand at all, which didn’t really put me at ease, as far as the process goes. The whole office environment feels slightly uncomfortable with no privacy between the waiting room and the patient area. You can hear all dialogue going on in either room. I hope this helps anyone who doesn’t want an experience like this. Take your money and health concerns elsewhere

I've been to a lot of chiropractors in the last 30 years I've even worked for a couple and I'm best friends with a really great 1 in Montana. Just a couple days after I moved to Spokane I find myself facing an impingement in the joint between my shoulder blades I've never been in so much pain. I was referred to the joint by my boss and I think the doctors in the front desk Employees are absolutely the best. From what I understand the doctors and the employees are shared between several branches and the setup that you have for care the doctors and the people who take care of us are absolutely amazing and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Great team of caring doctors. Thank you! I have been experiencing a good deal less pain working with Joint Chiropractic. Fantastic-couldn't ask for better care. Dr. Start is great. I am feeling so much better. I am so glad I tried Joint Chiropractic!

I am so pleased with this place! I have had to seek chiropractic care most of my life. I have now used Joint Chiropractic here in town AND Arizona. The Dr. today listened to me and I haven't been able to lift my left arm for two days...he said something about my T something and C 7 and adjusted me. I seriously can MOVE my arm now...that fast! I LOVE the hours with my job it makes it tough to actually schedule. I genuinely THANK YOU! P.S. The office staff is always friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.
We make it easy to receive chiropractic adjustments on your terms. We offer a wide range of care options including a walk-in price, flexible packages, and a discounted Wellness Plan. You do not have to sign a contract in order to drop by The Joint Chiropractic and receive care.
We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
