I started my fitness journey at this gym. I don’t live there anymore or honestly I would have continued to train there whenever possible. The staff was always welcoming and never made me feel intimidated or like I didn’t belong. A clean and well put together environment! I’ll miss you guys! Thank you for everything ♥️

Such a good gym. Wouldn't think it would be as great from the location but as soon you pull into the parking lot, you can tell this is a very well maintained and thought about gym. It is really nice on the inside and outside. Cool equipment, great staff (Alyssa went above and beyond for me and my family). Can't recommend this place enough.

Yes they are and we love it when kids and parents workout together. It's great bonding time. Also, WE DO NOT DO CONTRACTS and memberships are as low as $29 nor is there any enrollment fee. Its fairly simple and easy with us. And we have great staff to help you get started including an app that all members get that has over 500 workouts from toning, bodybuilding, weight loss to sport specific training. We do have single or family plans available and you can get a free 7 day pass to try us out! You can stop by during staffed hours, M-F 8am to 7pm or Saturdays 9am to noon. The cool thing for everyone, but especially military, is that after your first month you will have access to over 4,800 gyms worldwide including on all 7 continents! Just a simple swipe and you are working out wherever you go!

We are efforting to do so as soon as possible. Based on state guidelines we have had to change from June 22nd to June 29th and now it appears as it should be in two weeks based on our gym model. We have procured supplies, cleaned carpets and floors and purchased sneeze guards, etc.. We just need the go ahead from the government. We are excited and can't wait to see everybody soon:)
Yes you can. We have day passes available M-F from 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9 am until 11.
Not yet, but we are trying to partner with our neighbor Westside Church so that our members can have more access (even though we are open 24/7) when they need Childcare. Stay tuned!
