Checked in @ 7:30 am for @ 9am delivery. I got a dock @ 11am. . It is 2pm now they haven’t unloaded me. I Went inside after waiting 4 hours to talk to the staff. The staff is very rude and do not want to explain what’s taking them so long. Instead of being nice and professional. they argue with you and kick you out of the office. Do not deliver here unless you want to someone to ruin your day and mood.

They move like turtles around here. 4am delivery time, it's 730am and still not unloaded. Seen four other trucks get unloaded & go already. Why do you hold the truck drivers up for so long? Pathetic excuses.... I've missed more appts. having to unload here, obviously they just don't care.
