This Wendys needs to start training their staff. It is not fair to them, they are understaffed. The food was cold But the workers stayed calm throughout the ordeal.

Cashier with an attitude, informed that I have to pay exact amount because they didn’t have coins or use my credit/debit card. Then waited for 10 min more for my food which tasted like a freezer.

I needed to use the restroom and almost slipped on the slick floor in the men's room. No one was wearing hair nets as you can see in the picture, and the counter person could polish up on the customer service skills. The food was slow but tasty.
