They were out of items that we frequently order (mac & chz and jelly for the biscuits...), we ordered and paid for a 12 piece chicken family meal, they only included 10 pieces of chicken...we order mashed potatoes and gravy, they forgot to include the gravy...the tea was barely sweet and when I called to complain, no one answered the phone...terrible experience. I won't be going back. Close this location. They are giving your brand a bad name.

This KFC here don’t even bother coming customer service is horrible they take your money then tell you they don’t have the products this place is filthy I’m not even sure the health department frequents this place they should definitely pay them a visit worst KFC of all and I’m sure management is no better from the way the employees treat the customer

Don't always eat fast food but ate it for a acraving 😆 not the best KFC I've had, also we ordered 1 pie and 2 orders off fries, but they gave us 2 pies and 1 fry, we committed the sin of not checking it first, so I will not recommend this particular KFC, I WILL RECOMMEND INSTEAD POLLO TROPICAL, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG.

Very bad customer service. They're some staff that discriminate and are rude. The mashed potatoes are bad. The Mac and cheese is burned and dry. For the $30 combo they had no Cole slaw.
