I'm am rating this Navarro 1 start for the sake of this post not allowing me to post my comment unless I rate them. Absolutely worst Navarro pharmacy ever! Please please please take your business elsewhere when it come to your prescriptions if you could. The staff is not only nasty and unprofessional but they do NOT work correctly when it comes to the pharmacy sector. I know this because I work for a health insurance company and I have encountered situations where I have to fight with the pharmacy staff because the don't process correctly or don't process medications for members at all. The staff needs a serious training on customer service because the lack of communication and compassion they provide to our elderly community.

This is the first and last time I'll rely on their pharmacy. Even though the Registered Pharmacist Technician saw that they have the medicine on stock, she said it would take 15 minutes. I waited, and when I came back after 15 minutes, someone else started looking for the medicine to set it apart for me. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes just for one pill. I was originally quoted a certain price, and when I had to pay, it was more than what I was told. Waited another 10 minutes so that she could find the first woman to ask about the first price, and then to get authorization to change the price. This pharmacy will be saved as an absolute last resort.
