I have to admit the Wild Sea confused me. It is attached to the oldest hotel in Ft Lauderdale, The Riverside Hotel. It has a beautiful decor and delicious food. Try any of the oyster dishes, all delicious. But there was something a bit Red Lobster about the experience. Still not sure, what gave me that vibe.

We went here based on the reviews for happy hour and the oysters and appetizers were half off. They were East Coast oysters and I had heard they were larger. If these were large I would hate to see small. I missed 2 tiny ones because at first glance they looked like they were part of the shell. Maybe it's not the season. Anyway, I was disappointed having had large gulf coast oysters in the past. Next, we had a spinach and artichoke dip and Asian wings. The wings were tasty; however the dip had tortilla chips and the artichokes and spinach were cooked in a runny tasteless sauce with cheese on top. We didn't order any dinner because I was so skeptical that it would be any good. Overall, we aren't going back and I'm not recommending this restaurant to anyone.

My first visit: My friend took me there to celebrate my birthday. It was oyster night on Monday, I had the best oysters, best service and the best atmosphere. Our waiter was so welcoming and friendly, the food arrived in a timely manner and al the staff were happy to help and attentive. We had the oysters, and the fish spread. It was divine. i would highly recommend this place for seafood lovers whether you are on your own with friends, or with a special date. My second visit: this place never disappoints!

We went here for a late breakfast / early brunch with a party of 7. Service was quick and exceptionally good. Our waiter was Bryon. The food was very good and served fast. The price was very affordable, unlike the four $'s listed on Google maps. That price point might be for dinner, which we will be back to try.

Yep. Like they said.
They have west coast oysters at 4$ each and east coast oysters at 3$ each. They are served with a delightful vignette as well
