Going to the office and getting the tests done was fine. I was a walk in patient and they got to me pretty quickly. I was also able to check with the person at the counter that my insurance would cover the whole amount of the tests. However, it's been three weeks and I still haven't gotten the results of my tests. I've tried calling and contacting through their patient portal but I'm not getting any answers! What am I? Chopped liver? What has the world come to when you can't call and get a person on the other end? Terrible customer support.

They charged me $1,234 even when I didn’t do the blood test. There was no indication if the cost on the website for the tests so when I went there they had no receptionist to ask, there was a sign to take a number and wait. Then I got called in and asked the nurse how much it costs for the test and when she told me the above price , I told her I don’t want to do the tests. So did NOT do the test yet they charged me the full amount. I even asked her if there will be any charges and she said no there is no charge, so I left . Then they send me a bill 3 months later for the same above amount! How ridiculous is that!

I’ve had my blood drawn over 50 times and this was by far the worst experience! Not only was the lady extremely rude but the site of the blood draw very painful, itchy, uncomfortable. Dont recommend
