VERY UNHAPPY!!!!! At first i thought thatdave smith had Awesome service when my dad bought a 2020 ram 3500 (UPDATE) I was very happy with this dealership until my dad had a couple little problems with his new $96,000 pickup then we were treated like they didn't even sell us the truck. Very rude and discourtious. They act like we are just being petty when the huge screen went out in the truck 4 days after buying it. I wouldn't go back here if they gave me a brand new pickup. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

This was the best, easiest, fastest, hassle free vehicle I ever purchased. They made an offer on my old truck over the phone and after inspecting the truck they stuck by it. They had the paperwork ready so when I got there we went over the truck, went over the deal,signed it, and took delivery in 1 hour!
