I wish I could put even lower of the rating. sales person is Erfan, sold a Toyota Venza 2011 for me online, we both have an agreement about everything, I stated clearly my request before buying, he agreed and later changed it at the end. He ran my card for $6,450 and went on vacation without any notice, I waited for 10 days, he came back and was talking rudely stated he needs time to finish up other things before my transaction, he ran the balance for $5245. and emailed with a Capital Letter telling me to come down from Florida to NJ to pick up my car, I told him I could arrange for a trucking company to get it, I can not leave my work place, he made me to sign no refund Bill of Sale policy, refused to refund my money until i come down to their horrible dealership. my conclusion this company is very shady and out there to rob, and cheat people off their money, please don't ever try to buy car from this dealership. They are fake and not a real dealership.
