These guys are awesome! They’ve done a decent amount of work on my car and kept great communication during the process. I only go here when my car needs work. They’re respectful and explain things clearly. They also charge fairly and I trust them 100%!

While traveling on Spring break vacation, we had an auto emergency. Sutherlin Autocare was able to diagnose, order parts, and repair the problem. We were able to be back on the road with only a day delay. Ben, Ron, and Heath were great.

Why can't I get my chev. silverado exhaust fixed sometime this year ? This is the 3rd time and still is in your shop for over a week now and all I get are excuses, workload, wrong parts ordered, sick staff, and major price increases.

Well if you notice they have a sign out front that says mechanic needed. That would be because one of the mechanics is out with an injury. That then means they are short a mechanic and the others has to pick up his workload. And sometimes wrong parts get ordered. That could simply be a computer filing error ( wrong parts number in database). Now as for you going back multiple times if they did not fix it right would be something that you can control. May I also remind you of the saying" if you want something done right..."

do you repair rock chipped front windows with a sealer?
