Short Comments of September,2021: Needed furniture and 2 TVs and stands.Called the other people but Erick and his team were the best and the price very reasonable.He and they were accomodating,helpful and professional. The delivery men were professional and very competent.The whole experience was effortless and pleasant. I strongly recommend Arona,Erick and his staff. The Rest of the Story: I needed to rent furniture for a short stay at a condo. I visited 3 stores who offer that service in the Broward county area. I found this Hollywood Arona store’s personnel to be the best of the three, by far. They were not the most inexpensive but were very reasonable. I found the store’s manager Erick and his people to be very warm, helpful and accommodating. A few weeks later I decided to go with them, unfortunately they did not have the furniture I needed. I went to one of the other stores and had to pay more for my furniture. When I found the other people had inferior TVs compared to Arona I immediately called Erick and arranged delivery, these units were new, one was even in an unopened box. I also ordered cabinets to place the TVs on. They were delivered on time by two knowledgeable, careful, courteous guys, especially Nathan. He set them up perfectly. The procedure was quite intricate, I never could have done it myself. I signed a lot of Arona’s paperwork and they left. While I did review what I signed, I had certain questions. I went the next day, a Saturday, and spoke to the manager Erick. He was totally transparent and understanding ,he resolved my concerns. I left feeling I had made a very good decision about my dealings with Erick and Arona and I can recommend them very highly. But then: I later happened to see the various negative reviews about them and wondered if I was dealing with the same people in the reviews. Apparently, I was. Those comments about Arona’s staff, the manager and the business were nothing like I experienced. I can’t comment on most of those reviews except to say I would again deal with Erick and his people without hesitation and recommend them to others. Remember, Arona offers very good home furnishings and electronics without charging thousands of dollars immediately, but instead, offers time payment plans that fit many people's budgets. Seems like a win-win to me.

This is the worst experience every!! In store was very lackadaisical service but was there to schedule my delivery. When I did, I Scheduled a delivery between 3-7pm first no one called me to give me a status update. I had to call the store 3 times just to find out where my furniture was. Then when I got a hold of the driver (at 6pm) he tried to ask me if he could reschedule my delivery. I told him no because I had been waiting all day for it and I left work early just to be here for it. Lastly I called back at 7:30pm and they told me I would receive it at 9pm! Also when I did call they told me the store was closed and the site says 8pm! Absolutely horrible. Who does the hiring here 🤷🏽♂️ I would give no stars but it’s not possible. Someone from their corporate office needs to do something about this service it’s unacceptable.
