Karen is Awesome! She's very friendly every time we see her! She was also very helpful during our check in as moving day can be hetic sometimes. She waves with a big smile to all the guest when outside! Not to mention she's been the only one here for the last month or so working hard everyday to keep the office and park clean and running smooth! She really deserves a paid vacation or a nice bonus!

Not impressed for the price. The sites are sandwiched together no privacy whatsoever. The place is old no updates mens bathroom and only one was filthy. Showers moldy and just very Unkept. Very noisy close to the busy road and sorry Read some of the reviews I did not find any staff very friendly. In fact the person checking me in sat and complained about people calling with ridiculous questions and seemed very Frustrated. People next to me said They had been to 40 to 50 KOA’s this was the bottom !! I agree! For what you are charging!!!

We only stayed 1 night, Sites are definitely tight, we have a 30 ft with slides, you can here your neighbors...but I have to say the grounds are clean! Did not check out the bathrooms or laundry. It would be nice if they had a larger area for dogs, and upon check in it would be nice also if they would tell you that you have to pay for wifi!

From the moment we arrived to departure our stay was excellent. The office crew was so accommodating and helpful. The maintenance, grounds person was there if needed to assist. The sites a bit small on one side but it was no problem. Nice patio with furniture. Quiet and safe and close to everything. Only want might have been a pool but was told one is coming soon all the reason to return. This was our first visit but will not be our last. Thank you for making our trip great.
