Horrible service. Had to go back several times before getting food order correct. So called manager Tristan gets defensive regarding error and staff definitely did not care.

Not sure what happened but I've been coming to this place for 10 years and recently it's just not like it used to be. The service has slowly gone downhill in recent years and now it's to the point where the employees who interact with clients are downright terrible at their job. Also the food isn't as good as it used to be. In particular the buns are dry and hard and the roast beef is chewy.
