First time place order by time go pick up my order was given someone else. Waited for get made again. By now it is hour and half later. Get home unpacked food and two items missing. Call back they tell me will replace next order. Two days later make another order. Order milkshake which have many times. But now size is cut down over half. Realized was child size for 7 bucks!!! This is what milkshake got for 7 bucks. I dont think going be going back again. Every visit has been an issue. They resolved all issues except was told this wasnt a child size ans that new size. If sit down order get nearly three size larger and take out is this small cut 7 bucks. Could saved hazzle stopped at DQ got 3 times milkshake for 5 bucks. 7 dollars for this is ridiculous especially after all the mistakes with previous orders. Shameful.

Amazing service and great food!! For those who like scrapple, they cooked mine perfectly. I was bummed when Royal Farm took scrapple off their menu so it’s nice to have a local place that still offers it. A++

Met my family there for brunch. They weren't too busy when we arrived but I was told that we would have to wait for a table. I could very plainly see there there was plenty of empty tables. I was told that they have been short staffed for the last 2 years due to covid etc. The staff that was there were overwhelmed as the restaurant became more and more busy. But these servers did an awesome job of trying to keep up. Was very impressed with the attitude of everyone. Well done IHOP Frederick Md.

The person who seated us seemed like she was having a bad day (but were all human). When we got there it was fairly busy, the wait staff was very pleasant and attentive given the number of tables they had to juggle at once. I was even offered a to go cup for my drink which was a pleasant surprise since most places I've been to haven't offered. Food was amazing and our waitress was very kind. Everything was reasonably priced. I definitely plan on being back.
