I wish I could've enjoyed the resort. Unfortunately, one person in our party started to show symptoms of covid and we recieved the positive test result the morning we were supposed to leave. Two other people in our party woke up with symptoms so it was impossible for us to attend without putting the people around us in danger. They gave me a partial refund because we canceled the day of. I understand their cancelation policy but when it comes to covid I think it should be more flexible.

The nice thing is that it’s easy to find and there are lots of spots available. It does have facilities like a laundromat and showers and bathrooms. However the number of bathrooms is not adequate for the number of people camping here. Of the two showers in the camp area, one was not working. Also they put out a sign that said that water is going to be off on Monday morning. See the attached photo. Also one of the bathrooms had a toilet flushed but I think they had no water. There was no sign to indicate that. Overall it’s a pretty so-so campground.

Busy, family friendly Rv resort. My kids enjoyed the playground and the small area/trail by the river. The staff was very friendly and the maintenance staff picked up our ashes without us even signing up. You so have to rent a fire pit here for $10 (they also sell wood and fire starters) but it was well suited to the camp ground to have a fire pit you could move. Full hookups were available and the campsite was large and clean. There was a laundry room and public bathroom available but we didn't use either of those facilities. Lots of kids, dogs and people of all ages hanging out in a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend, especially if you have kids (bring their bikes/scooters as there's lots of pavement too).

What a beautiful campground. We had a spot right under the redwoods and our kids had a great time. The staff was really helpful and they work hard to keep the grounds clean. Will definitely be back.

We do allow fires. You may bring your own fire pit and firewood if you'd like or you may rent a fire pit from us and we also sell firewood.
Hi Carol! We allow all guests to reserve a year in advance not just groups. Let me know if you have any questions! Thank you - SCRRV
who needs a basketball hoop when you got a chance of seeing a Bigfoot 😊😁
Yes, each tent site has a charcoal grill. We are one mile away from downtown Felton, which has several options for groceries. Safeway, Rite Aid, CVS and a local favorite Wild Roots.
Yes we allow extended stay during off season. October 1st - March 31st. You can only stay a max of 6 months and there is an application process. The rate is $1000 per month plus your electric. Please contact our office directly if you would like an application. (831) 335-8312 Thanks - SCRRV
Most 'direct' route heading South on St. Rte. 9 is about 8 miles but at least 20 minutes or more due to 30 mph speed limit which proves to be quite prudent considering the VERY narrow VERY twisty no-berm (tho a few small pullouts) road (that is NOT safely passable for RVs, trailers, large - especially dually -pickup trucks) and traffic once you hit Santa Cruz). Its better to follow St. Rte. 9 North to Felton, then a Right at the light, Left at the next light (Hebron Rd) to Scotts Vally, then South on 4-lane Rte. 17. It is farther but takes only a little longer time-wise and results in far less white-knuckle and grey hair development! BUT 17 can back up badly on weekends.
Please contact directly, this is Google Maps
No. There is no fishing on site.
U dont think do. They're pretty packed together.
Sorry our tent section is closed. We are strictly rv camping only until next year. Thanks!
Hi Catherine, We do not have a dump station and we do not allow people to use our hookups unless they are a guest in the park. Thank you - SCRRV
Hi there. There is no bridge to Henry Cowell from our park. Although, during the summer the river is low enough to cross and the state park is just on the other side. Hope this helps! Thank you - SCRRV
