My car needed a part that was covered under a warranty. Part took 4 months to arrive. In the meantime I was provided a car rental the entire time, Kuhn took care of the bill. Once my car part arrived, not only was my car fixed but my tires, rotors and brakes with replaced free of charge. Please tell me what dealership will take care of you like that??? I guarantee you it’s not one in Tampa that can be compared !!! Kuhn dealership is the best!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE My wife and I went in to look at an Atlas and at first everyone was as nice and accommodating as can be. We finalized a deal and the manager on duty, Joe Lants, told us that we’d most likely have our new car the following day or 2. We waited a couple days with no communication from them. I finally called in after about 4 days and asked what the story was. I wasn’t getting a straight answer from anyone. Finally, after almost 2 weeks, I was told that the car we ‘bought’ was sold to someone else at another dealership. They were now trying to track down an identical model for us with an unknown delivery date. They told me they would update me every couple days on progress. I’m not sure why I wasn’t told this as soon as they knew our car was no longer available as we already had put down a significant deposit. After another 2 weeks, absolutely no communication from them so I reached out to the manager, Joe, and did not hear back from him for almost a week. I even followed up a few times. Complete silence. I then asked to speak with another manager, Caleb. He was polite enough but told me to wait another day and reach out to Joe again. OK? Next day, still nothing from Joe. Called back and spoke with Caleb and he awkwardly told me “yeah we’re not going to be able to get you that car”. Seems like Joe no longer exists. Funny because he was the one that told us we’d have our car the next day after buying it. If you want to buy from a shady dealership that will sell you cars that don’t exist and keep your money for a month with no communication only to pad their monthly metrics, this is your place!! If you’d prefer to buy from a reputable dealership that is honest, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. I’ll also be reporting them to the BBB.You

I had never met Lenny before, just chatting. During these chats he always responded fast an accurately. He sent me several options based on my requirements. I travelled for more than 4 hours to get the car that Lenny and I finally agreed on, without even seeing it. The car was exactly what Lenny offered and promised, I was in an out of the dealer in less than an hour. The rest of the team was just as nice and professional. I live in Miami, will never buy a car in Miami, will always go back to see Lenny. Thanks.

The whole processes was seamless and painless from start to finish. Everything was negotiated over the phone, came into the dealer on a Sunday to sign paperwork everything was printed and ready to go. My car came in a couple days later when we arrived that night jack had everything ready to go for us, even a bow on my car! Thank you to the whole Kuhn vw group especially jack and Davy who go above and beyond.
