They have destroyed 2 packages from me and I assume they do it on purpose. Now a third package is late and I’m sure it’s also going to be destroyed. This center is horrible, and I’m under the assumption they don’t care about fixing it because I called customer support from the country I shipped from and didn’t get any help. I sent them pictures of the damage and they didn’t accept them because I didn’t send them as pdf. I’m seriously frustrated with this service center because every other center has never given me this issue.

The office was not open at 10 am like posted on the doors, so had to wait for them to open the doors for 15-20 minutes. Worker at front desk had poor attitude. All I needed was to drop off a package and this was just a really long and poor experience. I’ve been to other 3rd party dhl providers and it was much easier to just drop off and go. Pick ups always go smoothly and friendly. Very disappointed coming to this location. Took nearly half an hour to drop a single package. In the end I left due to work and has to find another location to drop.

Customer service center doesn’t have any kind of common sense how to talk with the customers. When you cant help why there is a customer service mind less fellows. My package is sitting in fremont facility’s fro morning and it should be delivered by end of the day and that is not out for delivery. What is the problem of you guys just to keep parcel inside the facility and not delivering is that the fun or what. You guys wont deliver on time .. i asked you people i will come and pick up from the facility and not allowing me to pick up my package why ? Why you guys have problem on my package to give me. Why I should schedule to pick my package. Are you guys are following schedule delivery dates, which my package right in the facility. Zero stars
