I love everyone there mistakes and all. Cuz I sure make enough of them. And I'm sorry I missed 3 appts. Please keep me. πŸ™ You guys are my life line. I wasn't able to make it physically and would have been really hard. I don't have car now so it's the bus and I like riding the bus. But my feet hurt so bad I work to hard sometimes. Clearwater medical Rocks. πŸ’πŸŒΊπŸŒ»Spring is here!

I have a doctor who listens to me, and gives me excellent care. He’s very kind, considerate, and has an excellent sense of humor. The nurses and aids there are very professional and caring. The front staff are professional and quick, I get my next appointment scheduled in just minutes. The level of care there gives me a lot of peace about my care.

Was with the clinic and Dr. Chavez nearly 5 years with only minor complaints. I was involved in a boating accident where the boat capsized and hurt my back pretty badly. I lost my pain medicine that I take for chronic pain when I was thrown in the water and struck by the upside down boat. I was advised by the emergency room nurse at Clearwater Valley hospital in orofino to contact my doctors office to have a short film prescribed for the meds I lost. I called early the morning after I was released from the hospital and explained to the receptionist what had happened and to request a fill to cover the meds I had lost in the accident. After a few hours I called to see if everything was going okay and to get a status update. I was told that I would be contacted by Doctor Chavez's nurse before the end of the day. No call... I ended up at the emergency room in Clarkston due to the great amount of pain I was in with no medicine. I waited until 10:30 the following day to call the clinic for an update and was told the doctor was waiting for a fax from orofino so he could read the doctors notes from Clearwater emergency room. A day and a half for a fax??? I was sternly told they would call when they knew something. Hours passed and still nothing. Went to emergency room in Clarkston again due to immense pain from the aggravated low back injury. While there I called the clinic again and was rudely told that I was behaving suspiciously and being dropped as a patient and I needed to find a new doctor somewhere else. I went to the clinic and spoke with Jill, the office manager and explained my situation and she agreed that there had been a misunderstanding and that they were wrong for saying I was acting suspiciously and didn't know the whole story about the accident. They still dropped me and now I have to find a new primary care physician due to a misunderstanding on their part. Very unjust, unfair and uncalled for.

Arrived at 330, appointment at 340, waited 30 minutes, asked reception about wait time. All down hill from there. Felt they were dismissive , told me they were behind, they were clearing a room and would not be much longer. I called my son at 432 as he was waiting in the car. He came in from the car and about 8 minutes later I went to an exam room, I was the only one in the waiting room by this time other than my son. Wait time so far, one hour. The medical assistant asked the same questions about items answered recently, and was also dismissive. The only provider I saw was the student. She was professional and apologetic yet I felt rushed as I had questions about labs, new temporal headaches, etc. As I was leaving the office many lights had already been turned off and the assistant was standing at the door with the key. I called the office within 5 minutes of leaving, 540, to express my concerns and frustration. I received a call from my provider at 617, was told she was in the office until 600 and that they spent an hour and a half with me, and was called "honey" in a condescending manner. Was willing to give it another try with them until that. Not my cup of tea.
