This is the worst service I’ve ever seen. The lady omg… She’s incompetent and rude. I had to do her own job and get behind her desk because she didn’t know how to use the printer. After all she passed other clients in front of me because she was taking too much time trying to understand how to deal with the printer. Awful!

The Asian man and woman were very lovely and professional. They willing to give me a receipt for me, and the place was clean and organized.

I tried returning something to Amazon through this location. After several weeks, I noticed Amazon had not received the item, so I contacted Store 2862 and after many emails and b.s., they sent this: “…for your returned item, you will be unable to use the UPS 1z#### for tracking on UPS.com It goes into a bigger box for consolidation then when that box is full, we ship that box out…” Sooo…if the deadline for your refund passes before the bigger box fills up, tough luck!

I'm with Jimmy. Not sure what everyone's grousing about. I've dropped off several Amazon returns here over the years and it's never been anything other than effortless. Yes, there is a line to wait for service, but the service I've received here has always been responsive, efficient and courteous. It's not a day spa.
