Poor living conditions low rent but you really pay for it. I spent more trying to correct problems than the full rent per month 5 to 7k in last 6 months cleaning supplies creams for skin bleeding skin ulcers bill over old swamp. Unkept grounds tics and tape worms from deer and dumpster overflow weekly unsanitary bad smell. Manager gives you lease violations for neglected repairs expects tenant to pay employees owned nonprofit just a tax write off for some doctor. Was excited to check this place out and potentially sign a lease but good luck getting in touch with them. Left multiple voice mails and sent multiple emails all of which have gone unanswered. That's not a good way to treat your clients. Oh well. Lost the opportunity to house a few good and responsible tenants. Will be looking elsewhere.

Do try getting a place through dawn rige they told me that i was approved then they told me to make sure that i had a 30day notice from my other place that i was living in and i did it then they never called me back or anything and i lost my section 8 amd im homeless because of them so before you think about renting from them you might wanna think twice
