Been here a couple of days and I must say that the people are very pleasant and friendly. Everyone is always trying to be helpful to one another. There is a real since of community. The manager Marisa’s a very committed and hard working women. She has my Respect all day 💪🏽

Now this place was truly impressive! I stayed here for a brief period of time and encountered the most professional management team. My encounter with both Marissa, the property manager, as well as with Joe the maintenance supervisor proved that these two individuals possess values and virtues that give customer service a new identity. Together as a team, they seamlessly maintain this quaint little extended stay property. Most tenants here seem to be long-term and I have noticed very little transiency. Truly a family oriented / safe environment in my own opinion as I felt completely safe here. Both members of management live on site giving not only that added level of security but again the most amazing customer service imaginable. My only hope is that upper management realizes and values the true potential held with these two simple individuals. Two truly humble souls. My gratitude goes out to the world for placing this location along my path. I will gladly upload some photos as my calendar allows and link them back to this post at a later date. All in all, if you are in search of an inexpensive/cost effective temporary housing option in North Pinellas county, it does not get any better than Palm Harbor Inn!

Linda at the front desk was super helpful and polite. Very accommodating. Cleanliness for our first room was not the greatest but she switched our room with no issues. Lots of people left reviews about roaches but I didn't see any for our stay and we had food sitting out overnight. Good location. Dont expect a 5 star stay for the extremely low price they have. You get what you are paying for
