Danielle and Patrick are amazing at their jobs any information you need to know danielle has you covered on kayaks. Patrick has all the information you need on the e bikes. I went in there to purchase kayaks they weren't even pushy they just gave me information and pamphlets told me to look them over I've never been more impressed. I took my mother in law there for a e bike also again all they did was help I'm so very happy I wouldn't go anywhere else neither would my mother in law.

Just picked up my family’s three Moken 10s and the staff at Bay City Outfitters was amazing. They assisted us loading our new kayaks on our vehicle and helped with the accessories we would need for a fun family outing. I would definitely recommend them for your future kayaking needs.

This will be my go to kayak shop from now on. Bob and Danielle are insanely kind and knowledgeable. I brought them a very beat up kayak to retrofit into a paddle fishing kayak. This did an awesome job in great time and with a very fair price. They answered all my questions with great patience and never once made me feel stupid even though I had no idea about the parts I needed for my boat. The store also had everything you need for your water adventures. I picked up a super nice kayak cart. I can’t express enough what wonderful people work at this establishment.

Lost a crank bolt so dropped in for the shop to fix. Patrick was busy but slotted us in when he could. The correct bolt for the crank would not fit as the previous fixes had use incorrect sized bolts and most of the threads were stripped out. He spent about 45 m to fix as best as could be done under the circumstances. Patrick said he could not charge me as he wasn’t happy with the final result. Highly recommend this shop on the Pinellas Trail. The retail shop does not have many bikes; seemed more focused on water sports.
