Great atmosphere and service! The menu has a lot of options. The boneless wings were a little over cooked and hard but the bone in wings were really good. We will be back to try more items.

We ate at Wings Etc. tonight and it was not a positive experience. The one positive I can say was that the restaurant was clean. We had Mackenzie as our server. We got drinks rather quickly but then had to wait and ask our server for menus. After we got our menus we waited about another 30 minutes to be able to place our order. At this time our server went to other tables that came in after us and took their orders before ours when we had our menus down and waiting. We ordered boneless wings and the Loaded cowboy burger. The wings were not tossed in sauce rather it was just poured on top of them. They were ok but having to try and spread the sauce out over them myself made them a pain to eat. The loaded cowboy burger at no where on the menu does it state that it comes with mayo on it. As the person that ordered it can’t eat mayo we would have made sure to say no mayo. We also asked for the BBQ sauce to be on the side. When the burger arrived it had Mayo and BBQ sauce on the burger and bun. The person who ordered the meal could not eat it. The waitress came back about 15 minutes later to check on us. When we said it had mayo she admitted and said “sorry, I must have said to put mayo because I had some other people order it that way. At NO point did she offer to have the kitchen remake it or ask if we wanted something else. I had one person leave with out eating at all. We paid $13.99 for a meal that wasn’t eaten. The establishment should also invest in ash trays for the front walk way for when you have smokers that visit your place. Noticed several cigarette butts on the ground out front because there is no ash tray to place them in.

We tried this new place today. I didn't realize it was a chain, but it was pretty decent. The mild sauce on the wings was so mild it might not even be considered buffalo. The garlic sauce was good, but the lime-pepper was fabulous. The burger was good, but the veggies were just cut up peppers and two slices of cucumbers. Pretty sad. Overall it was good and I'd come back, although for 24 wings and a burger after tip it was nearly $65 with no drinks.

We have been waiting patiently for this place to open as it is very close to the house. We visited Sunday night and we have to be honest, it was kind of a mixed bag... The menu make you want to try Everything! We had a brand new server, Megan M., who was both pleasant and personable! She was nervous, and really seemed to be trying! We ordered drinks from the bar, must be a new bartender also as the drinks were mediocre... My wife wanted wings, Oh sorry, we are out... What?? It's a WING Place!!??? Ice tea? Sorry, we're out... ?? Tater tots... Sorry, we're out... Over heard waitresses talking... "we're almost out of hamburger buns.... Guess they have had a great response to the restaurant opening!! So my wife ordered pretzel bites, with an upgrade to the beer cheese dip (extra $1.09), but worth it! Then nachos, save your money - almost no flavor, except for the jalapenos, and loaded with red beans! I ordered the BBQ burger with the pulled pork and onion rings on it - Really Good!! Great flavors and cooked Perfectly!!! I guess we will have to wait for them to work out the kinks and maybe try this place again down the road.....
